Dongchimi (Waterly Radish Kimchi)

Ingredients : radishes, green onions, pears, garlics, gingers, and
green(and red) chili peppers.

Dongchimi is a traditional juicy kimchi made in cold winter season,
and it is one of Korean's favorite kimchi.

If you want to eat it more delicious in winter, you have only to add
some stuffing such as sliced pears, citrons and honey to it.
Furthermore if you decorate it with a little pine nuts and pomegranates,
its taste is getting better.

Next is the procedure of making "Dongchimi".
1. wash small, tangy radishes and roll it over salt, and put it in a container.
2. Then put again a layer of garlics, gingers, peppers, pears, and
white parts of green thread onions on top of the radishes.
3. pour the brine over the prepared things in the container-enough to
cover them.
